  • One Ethnographic Traditions Course (chosen with advisory committee)

 

Archaeological Anthropology

  • Department Seminar
  • History of Archaeology Theory or History of Anthropology
  • Archaeological Methods and Techniques (or approved substitute)
  • One Archeology course focused on a specific region
  • Supervised Field-trip experience (approved by advisory board)

 

Typical Duration of Masters:

Tracked for Ph.D.– coursework is 3 years, Ph.D. is 6-7 on average.
